Program Management with Agile Delivery

Professional Summary

I combine Program Management discipline with Agile delivery to move complex initiatives from strategy through execution. As a PMI-ACP® certified practitioner, I translate customer mission, stakeholder needs, technical complexity, risk, dependencies, and changing requirements into prioritized work, integrated roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. My approach is built around:

  • Customer value: Prioritize what produces meaningful outcomes, not simply activity or output.
  • Shared purpose: Align business, product, and technical teams around the problem being solved and the value being delivered.
  • Adaptive planning: Treat plans and roadmaps as living decision tools that become more precise as information improves.
  • Empowered teams: Create clarity around outcomes and constraints while enabling technical teams to determine how best to deliver.
  • Visible delivery: Make progress, risk, dependencies, impediments, and learning transparent.
  • Rapid feedback: Deliver and validate incrementally so stakeholder and customer feedback can influence what comes next.
  • Continuous improvement: Use delivery metrics, retrospectives, lessons learned, and experimentation to improve both the product and the system delivering it.

These themes map directly to the PMI-ACP material on Agile mindset, leadership, product/value management, and delivery.
